Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status.
Requirements
Trade school and/or military training a plus. One year hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.) is Perferred. Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance required
