Customer Service Representative Are you a natural on the phone? Do you like talking with customers and helping them through their purchase process? IF SO, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! This is a SALARY plus bonuses position.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
