Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential or healthcare setting - Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals - Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors or healthcare professionals - Drive individuals to appointments, outings, or other activities as needed - Manage conflicts and challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - Experience in patient care or childcare preferred - Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in need.
